TMF Group, the Netherlands-based provider of fund administration services, has acquired PartnersAdmin LLC, a full-service fund administration provider based in the U.S. PartnersAdmin has a strong U.S. west coast footprint. Following the deal, TMF will administer more than USD215bn.
The acquisition represents a further step in TMF’s expansion in the North American market, where in 2021 it acquired Venture Back Office (VBO), a U.S.-based third-party provider to private equity, real assets, credit, and emerging manager funds.
