Apex has been appointed by Participant Capital Advisors, LLC, a U.S.-based real estate investment firm, to provide fund and financial services. Participant is the affiliated asset management arm of Royal Palm Companies, which has developed more than 50 large-scale, mixed-use projects over 40 years.
Apex will provide fund administration services to Participant Capital’s Luxembourg domiciled funds. Services will be provided by Apex’s Miami office. The mandate is expected to be expanded in due course to include additional depositary and digital banking services via Apex subsidiary EDB.
