Société Générale Securities Services has been mandated by Amundi Ireland as securities services provider for two ICAVs. SGSS Ireland will provide a full suite of asset servicing solutions in its capacity as depositary, fund administrator and transfer agent for the two ICAVs:
Amundi Funds Solutions ICAV is used to manage in-house funds that are dedicated to specific distribution strategies of Amundi. There are currently four active sub-funds. Five additional sub-funds are under approval for launch in 2022.
Amundi UCITS Fund Partners ICAV is dedicated to fund hosting where third party investment managers can benefit from Amundi’s licensing and infrastructure, combined with SGSS’ asset servicing capabilities, to launch Irish funds.
