Apex has expanded its relationship with DSG Consumer Partners, an investor in consumer businesses in India & Southeast Asia. DSG Consumer Partners has recently appointed Apex in Mauritius and Singapore to provide fund solutions for its fourth fund, Singapore-domiciled DSG Consumer Partners VCC.
Apex was initially appointed by DSG Consumer Partners in 2019 to provide a range of fund and corporate services to DSG Consumer Partners’ fund vehicles. Since then, Apex has supported DSG Consumer Partners with the establishment and launch of three new funds.
