IQ-EQ, the Luxembourg-based administrator, has appointed Bruno Noyon as managing director, France. He was previously COO for State Street’s global services business in France, having joined the bank in 2004 following State Street’s lift-out of AXA’s local back office. Last year IQ-EQ acquired Peru & Partners, a Paris-based fund administrator focused on the private equity market.
